JAPS on a diet and working out!

Japs De Luna's been working out. The diet and work out program will last for 2 weeks. He already completed 1 week in the program, 1 week more and we will see more of him Online and on Television soon!

Just to give you an idea on what he is going through or if you want to know his diet program so you could try it yourself (for those who wants to loose some weight), here it is:
Breakfast:

1 Apple
2 pcs Crackers (Skyflakes to be specific)
1 Glass of Milk (no sugar)


LUNCH:

1 Apple
1 Orange
1 Slice Bread.
1 Whole Egg


DINNER:

40 grams Peanut
80 grams Carrot
80 gram Cabbage
1 Ponkan
1 Slice of Bread

*No/Less oil, salt and sugar


Work out/Exercise:

Morning: Jogging/Run or Walk

Afternoon: Taebo
                 GYM

Evening: Jogging/Run or Walk
              Badminton


The detailed program will surely help Japs to loose weight. We are looking forward on Japs new shape after a week!
